• Describe the current options for treatment of head and neck and thyroid cancers.
• Outline various causes of peripheral vertigo and their management strategy.
  
• To differentiate between snoring and obstructive sleep apnea and their surgical treatment.
  
• To define acute, subacute and chronic rhinosinusitis and the recent advances in medical and surgical treatment.
  
• Outline the indication for radiotherapy in the management of head and neck cancers.
  
• Describe the different pathological conditions affecting the larynx and their etiological factors. Indications for surgical treatment and Botox injection will also be discussed.
